Premium Tours Pty Ltd is a registered and licensed company under the Australian Securities & Investment commission.

Extra Charges & Fees

  • No additional fees for parking & toll costs incurred during tours.
  • No additional fees included in tours for taxes.
  • No surcharge for bookings made by credit card.
  • A $30 fee for airport pickups will be incurred for parking & wait times

Bookings

All bookings are made securely via our website. Clients will be alerted to a confirmation of their booking which will automatically secure their seats on the specified pick-up date and time.

 

It is the client or acting agent’s responsibility to check booking times and dates are correct to AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Cancellation Policy

  • Tours can be cancelled with a full refund 48 hours prior to the start date and time.
  • Tours cancelled within 48 hours of start time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Alternatively - tours can be cancelled within 48 hours & rebooked with a 10% rebooking fee (this is to cover staffing and admin costs)

Payments

  • To secure seats for tours we must receive full payments via the website.
  • Payments are securely held with an encrypted international banking facility.
  • No surcharge for tour purchases via credit card

VEHICLE SEATING SAFETY & REGULATIONS - Children (15 > 8 years of age) Toddlers (7 > 3 years of age) & Infants (2 > 0 years of age)

  • Premium Tours will provide proper legal and government approved safety booster & child seats for these passengers when travelling in the vehicle.
  • It is the responsibility of the parents / next of kin to make sure all children & infants are safely fastened using inbuilt harness and in their respective and correct seats.
  • It is the responsibility of the client / booking agent to correctly nominate the correct and accurate ages of the people travelling in the vehicle on the booking site.
  • Children under the age of 8 years old cannot travel in the front seat of the vehicle.
  • Children aged 4 to 7 years old must be secured in a forward facing approved child restraint with an inbuilt harness or an approved booster seat.

ADULT (16 years & older) VEHICLE SEATING SAFETY & REGULATIONS

All adult passengers are to use passenger seatbelts at all times when inside the vehicle. It is a Australian Government requirement that all drivers and passengers wear seatbelts.

Health & Safety

We recommend coming fully prepared with any needed or potentially needed medications for the whole day.

 

We advise bringing weather protective clothing (hats, umbrella’s, sunscreen), comfortable footwear and anything else related to potential health problems.

 

Water will be provided but bringing additional is also recommended.

Medical Conditions

All medical conditions are the sole responsibility of the client / passenger.
In the unlikely event of a medical issue please inform your driver and Premium Tours Pty Ltd can assist with the arrangement of medical assistance from trained professionals incurring no cost to Premium Tour Pty Ltd.

 

Any medical costs incurred are not included in booking and payment solely responsible to the person involved. If costs are incurred for medical assistance for Premium Tours Pty Ltd, these will be forwarded onto the respective party and must be paid within 7 days of notice.

 

All Premium Tour vehicles will carry a small medical kit. Drivers are not trained medical professionals.

Drugs & Alcohol

  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any Premium Tours Pty Ltd vehicles.
  • No illicit drugs or alcohol are to be consumed in any Premium Tours Pty Ltd vehicles.

Rights Reserved

Premium Tours Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a passenger’s trip on the spot if they are seen to use defamatory, racist, sexist, or vulgar language towards drivers, passengers or the public.

 

Any passenger behaviour related to intoxication, destruction to the vehicle or abuse can and will lead to immediate cancellation of the tour.

 

Any damages to vehicles or anything else tour related can and will incur legal damage costs.

Travel Insurance

Premium Tours Pty Ltd recommends all travellers to be insured while travelling in Australia.
